Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Develop proprietary forecasting models for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align organizational strategy with long-term future trends
- Publish thought leadership reports on disruptive forces reshaping global industries
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
