Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for disruptive potential
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future trends and industry disruption
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into innovation pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation progress
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience in agile/lean innovation methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder engagement
