Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Architect the 2026 organizational innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and implementation pathways
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder dialogues to align future-vision with current operations
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, white papers, and strategic briefings
- Establish and nurture an internal futurist network to embed foresight capabilities across departments
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
