- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align innovation roadmaps with future market shifts
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning models for high-impact decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic alignment with 2026 technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and critical thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into scalable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systemic analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
