- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author high-impact trend briefs and scenario-planning documents for global leadership
- Represent the organization at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
