Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Design and execute foresight methodologies including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to align teams with future vision
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading executive-level strategic planning workshops
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
