Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in quantum computing or neural architecture design
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or autonomous systems (2020-2023)
- Proven track record scaling AI projects from concept to $10M+ commercial deployment
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy frameworks
