Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into organizational planning
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with AI/quantum computing or biotech disruption forecasting
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
