Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to future-proof business models
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate cross-disciplinary innovation workshops
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences
- Manage a team of 3 junior futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or tech innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenariio)
