Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying critical inflection points
- Produce white papers and executive briefs on disruptive technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Methodology
- Present findings to executive audiences at global conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record of creating actionable future roadmaps
