Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce high-impact trend briefs and scenario planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, trend analysis, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on long-term transformation
