Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.) and business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning (preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
