Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Advise on organizational resilience and adaptive strategy frameworks for volatile futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI ethics, climate tech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
