Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying emerging trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies using predictive analytics
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-gen strategic thinkers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or market-shifting initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, CES, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and trend analysis tools
