Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across healthcare, fintech, and autonomous systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive innovations
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing geopolitical and technological inflection points
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum encryption and neuromorphic computing
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, CES, and specialized future-tech conferences
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Forecasting Methodology
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Social Science
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial products/policies
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
