Responsibilities

- Facilitate executive workshops on future implications of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Produce actionable foresight reports and presentations for board and investor audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in quantitative/qualitative foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Experience leading cross-geographic teams and managing stakeholder expectations at C-level
