The Opportunity: Lead our flagship '2026 Vision' initiative, developing predictive models for climate resilience, AI governance, and bio-convergence. You'll interface with C-suite executives, publish white papers, and mentor our next-gen futurist cohort while representing our thought leadership at global forums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ technology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into enterprise roadmaps
- Produce quarterly horizon reports on quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Design predictive algorithms using machine learning for emerging risk assessment
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and WEF
- Present future-state briefings to board members and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology forecasting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Speaking experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
