- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation
- Build and maintain global network of domain experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published work on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of influencing high-stakes organizational strategy
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
