- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in industry journals and conferences
- Quantify market opportunities through predictive modeling and data visualization
- Build cross-functional coalitions to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or white papers
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience with AI/ML trend prediction tools and quantitative forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
