Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Reports analyzing AI, biotech, climate, and societal transformation trends
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026's technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in quantum computing and neurotech
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, Web Summit, and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using proprietary trend-analysis platforms
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with published thought leadership
- Expertise in 2026-specific domains: quantum AI ethics, climate adaptation tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of converting trend analysis into multi-million dollar commercial opportunities
- Mastery of foresight methodologies: Delphi, cross-impact analysis, and horizon scanning
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (GPT-4 Turbo, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
