Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ innovation strategies aligned with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies or concepts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
