As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational evolution in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year trend forecasting and scenario planning for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive threats/opportunities
- Present executive-level insights through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech/consulting
- Published thought leadership on future trends (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) required
