As a thought leader in our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop 10-year strategic roadmaps, lead scenario planning workshops, and publish industry-defining trend reports. Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal shifts, and market disruption
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate C-level workshops on innovation adoption and risk mitigation strategies
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and business models
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and cultural signals using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech futures highly desirable
