Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into organizational DNA
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and whitepapers
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for internal teams and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in recognized futurist or business publications
