Responsibilities

- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at premier global conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategic frameworks for C-level executives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Strong network connections across technology, policy, and academic sectors
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
