Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) targeting 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and assess their commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate next-gen technologies into product portfolios
- Develop compelling business cases for futuristic solutions with ROI projections
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with organizational vision
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neurotech)
- Deep expertise in future-trend methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, tech foresight)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
