As a key member of our Future Intelligence team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leads, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence multi-million dollar investments and next-generation product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across 15+ industries
- Author white papers and executive briefings on emerging tech disruptions
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with 50+ stakeholders monthly
- Design and launch experimental innovation labs in emerging markets
- Present findings at global conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists and build our future intelligence methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum AI
- Published author or conference speaker on future technologies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
- Experience leading enterprise-scale innovation initiatives ($5M+ budgets)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful trend-to-product pipelines
