Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps and scenario plans for organizational adaptation to future markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes, reports)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, foresight, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation projects
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Global perspective with cultural fluency across diverse markets
