Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or scenario-planning projects
- Experience with Delphi methodology, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Foresight Pro or Stratify
