Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making in volatile markets
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists while building proprietary forecasting models using machine learning
- Represent the firm at Davos, TED, and other future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership at top-tier firms
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 100+ executive presentations delivered
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or equivalent strategic publications
- Fluency in at least two strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
