Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and economics to identify disruptive forces
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market transformations
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging futures
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (e.g., quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized speaker in innovation/tech circles
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational transformation
