Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-ready strategies
- Produce thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling tools
- Advise product development teams on 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience publishing foresight research in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Foresight Practitioner's Network)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on client strategic decisions
