Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals (patent analytics, academic breakthroughs, geopolitical shifts)
- Present strategic recommendations at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
