As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts and translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Conduct high-impact research on AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future implications and opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with sustainable development goals
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking and strategic adaptation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or policy outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects and published thought leadership
