Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning Innovatech as the future innovation authority
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property development for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech focus preferred)
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Exceptional command of scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology forecasting models
- Published thought leader with demonstrated influence in innovation ecosystems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on 5-10 year strategic transformation
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovation initiatives generating $100M+ revenue
