Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, economic, and environmental domains
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for future scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into strategic planning cycles
- Deliver executive-level briefings and innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Drive adoption of AI-powered foresight platforms and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
- Professional certification from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) preferred
