Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and quantum computing adoption
- Translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership on emerging tech ethics and sustainable innovation
- Drive implementation of innovation incubators for 2026-viable ventures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Wild Card Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating applied futures work for Fortune 500 or global institutions
