Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 settings
- Deep expertise in AI, Web3, climate tech, and biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend analysis methodologies
