- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from conceptualization
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
