Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies, market signals, and socio-economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare for disruptive forces and market inflection points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovative product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Deliver executive-level presentations on future landscapes and their strategic implications
- Establish cross-functional innovation working groups to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Monitor and analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Deep expertise in emerging technology domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience influencing executive decision-making through compelling narrative and data-driven storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation frameworks
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Proficiency in foresight tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
