- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact reports and scenario models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, trend forecasting methodologies, and horizon scanning tools
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
