Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ by analyzing tech convergence, regulatory shifts, and consumer behavior patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation, workforce evolution, and ethical AI governance
- Present executive-level briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Establish industry partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Mentor innovation teams in design-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) or equivalent analytical rigor
