Responsibilities

- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead moonshot projects bridging research labs and commercial applications
- Partner with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Curate global innovation networks and academic collaborations
- Translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Champion ethical tech governance frameworks for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Experience with cross-functional agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep network in Silicon Valley research labs and VC communities
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or 4IR
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
