Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis across technology, sustainability, and socio-economic domains
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Design and implement AI-driven trend prediction systems
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced research methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong command of AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in future-of-work or technology ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience advising C-level executives on transformative technologies
