Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Author quarterly future-state reports synthesizing signals from AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-vision capabilities into R&D pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in reputable journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell GameChanger, Delphi)
