- Create scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present futurist insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation pipelines for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Mentor junior futurists and build future-focused capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Credibility with C-suite executives and board-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
