- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure long-term strategic alignment
- Present future insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain a dynamic foresight database using AI-powered trend analysis tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
