Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive models for industry stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on future-focused policy and technology ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with data-driven presentation skills
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across global time zones
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
