- Design scenario-planning models for technological disruption scenarios
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption curves (5+ years ahead)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
