Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight insights into tangible product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
- Establish global partnerships with futurist networks, research institutes, and academic centers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and data-driven forecasting
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide future-ready mindset
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business strategy implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., AI trend analytics, scenario planning software)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar designation required
